Other CEOs have called Isabella the Intern Whisperer. It's now the name of her podcast, and she's made it her business to bridge the skill gaps between interns and the companies that hire them.
AN EXPERT IN ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
With more than 20 years' experience, Isabella is driven to create systems that help people collaborate effectively. She has created innovative solutions for people, process, and training problems in the classroom, the workplace - and beyond. Her professional background includes:
- Consulting in areas of Human Resource Development & Business Processes with Pivot Business Consulting. In this role, she helped executives structure their internal operations, trained them in servant leadership, strategic planning, design thinking, and began training in intern management and processes.
- Teaching entrepreneurship, marketing, organizational development, and APA Research & Writing as an adjunct professor at institutions such as Rollins College, DeVry University, and Strayer University.
- Serving with TEDx Orlando's Leadership team to host TEDx talks that amaze, educate and inspire attendees.
Isabella has also volunteered as an organizer with The Kauffman Foundation's 1 Million Cups Orlando to support education and entrepreneurship initiatives.
She earned a bachelor's degree in English from Rollins College, an MBA from Belhaven College, and is all but dissertation ready for a PhD in Leadership from Barry University with a specialization in Human Resource Development.
